Quests that award extra skill points (SPOILERS)

I just finished the Mages Guild quest where Sheogorath awards 2 extra skill points if you give him Valaste. Are there any other quests in the game that give extra skill points if you choose one option over the other? I don't remember any others, but I do have a tendency to skip quest text when the story starts getting boring. Now I'm worried I might have missed other skill points along the way.

Oh, I actually did read the text on the Mages Guild quests, so I got the extra skill points. The guilds and the main story quests are the only ones I find interesting and actually read.

I guarantee that no other quests will surprise you.

Just to be clear you're saying that no other quests offer extra skill points like that one?

Or I'm saying that now that you've learned this valuable lesson about reading quest text, you'll no longer be surprised (ominous echo "surprised, surprised, surpriiiiised").
