my character's abilities "crash" during combat

Hi,
it appears 3 times out of 10.
always after using the assassination skill "blinding flurry"
What it does :
the attack misses , after that I can walk (very slowly) but I can't use skills, light or heavy attacks.
So I can just block and use potions and try to reset the fight. But I just die most of the time.
It's really an issue, makes me nervous everytime I use this skill. and It's an important one.

Belrim✭✭✭Been experiencing this combat-skill bug too, tapping ESC twice to enter menu and back usually fixes it for me.Early bird gets the worm, but second mouse gets the cheese.0 -

It's still an issue though, in tough fights I don't really have time to ESC twice

Still having this problem after 1.0.6
And it does not need to be a "large number" .. happens with one foe too.
Most common scenario today: i sneak behind a target and do surprise strike, all is good so far. Next i start using rapid strikes, but the very first one misses the target completely (even tho im at point blank range and the mob is stunned, really should not miss?!), and after that all my quickslots are unresponsive, untill i tap ESC twice. And after im able to use them again, the same bug can happen again in the very same fight.
