Still wouldn't recommend ysgram or Netch's touch. If you're playing a frost build you can run frostbite. But lack of dmg skills is still a problem.PvE Frost Warden Main and teacher for ESO-U. xPoisin✭✭✭Yup, it seems like it is going to be nerfed to the ground... Based on description in PTS patchnotes it will be another absolutely useless set...
For the replacement, you have to choose single element boost set (like BSW) or universal set (something like Diamond Victory)...
For my PVP magDK this means find replacement to combine with BSW to get the +1000 spell damage back.... With ele succesion it was so easy and worked verry well with one force pulse to get the damage boost and proc both sets....0
