I have been having this issue ever since I returned to playing with dual monitors, but every time I try to switch the game to windowed (fullscreen) mode it only stays that way for a short while. As soon as i go through a loading screen or wander for a few minutes, the window will flicker and switch to exclusive fullscreen mode. I have tried everything i could think of to fix this issue, as well as what few things i could find on the forums. Whenever the game is in exclusive fullscreen mode, it slows my computer down when I switch windows to change something as simple as a song on spotify or a vid on youtube. Does anyone have any ideas as to a possible resolution to this issue?
