can't play the game error 334

i was playing the game just fine on both Xbox and PC (via Bethesda launcher) without any problem until may (this year) i got busy with thing in my life but i return to game 4 days ago yet cant play the game at all i got error 334 every time

i did all the troubleshoot and did everything even reinstall the game after deleting all the files and do a fresh install yet it didn't work either.

but when i used VPN it's work (250+ ping) but i'm not paying for VPN to play it when was working just fine

I'm From Saudi Arabia Using STC ( Saudi Telecom Company)

    i did both i submit a ticket and they give me the same article.

    today after the maintenance i manage to play for 15 mins before the game kick me out with the same error

    I would recommend you try the game at one of your friends house with a different service provider. Because, I guess the problem is due to STC. They sometimes change things on their end, and things stop working. I am no expert on that. I was using STC long ago and had similar issues with connection and voice chat.

    Currently, I am playing on ps4 and PC and using Mobily. No issues at the moment.Slightly higher ping then STC though, but not too big difference.

    if my guess is correct, then you better contact with STC and change your modem/router. Back in the day, when they changed my modem, my issues were solved. I think your solution might be there with STC.

    i guess you are right, but Unfortunately they all use STC too and I'm using a middleman to get my fiber network

    so i guess i'll leave the game until it's gone from it's self

    This problem happens to some players since beginning of year (you can find old topics on forum). I had it too for many weeks. It started with one of maintainces, I had one week of working game (yup, ideally between one and second maintaince) and then there was again. Now it works again for 2 weeks now (since one of maintainces of course) and I prey hoping it won't back. I tried earlier things from troubleshooting, even reinstalled whole game but nothing was effective. For 90% fault is on some backend things they do.
