Can’t Load my Main Character

Hi
I can’t log in with my main character (Aldyne Indoril). It’s saying she is in the Silent Halls, although I’m pretty sure I had left there and logged out near a world boss in Blackwood?
Every time I go log in with her, the game crashes at the loading screen. I’ve checked 3-4 other characters, and it seems to be just her that is bugging out.
I did log a ticket with no response yet, so thought I would try the forums.
This is on the Xbox Series X
