Is weaving/animation cancelling on console (specifically PS5) not the same either i suck unbelievably horrible butt and im doing it wrong or zos/Bethesda whichever made it like the rng and it barely ever works.... Iv watched lots of different videos on how to weave/ani cancel and it tbh sooooo very EASY which leads me to believe that its the game itself cuz no matter what character mag&stamdk/magplar/magsorc/magblade/magnecro (what i mostly use) and the current TOP TIER GEAR/MYTHICS my dps dont get above 40k any more when i last played 2 years ago i could hit 60-75kdps and with basic tier gear (be4 mythics)

The major change I can see between 2 years ago and now is CP.. have you checked your CP allocation carefully ? Because everything has changed there.

Oh yes im 100% caught up on EVERYTHING jus cant seem to get higher than 40k with any toon/gear its driving me insane tbh i watch video after video after video

I play on PS5 (stamplar) and I haven't found that its changed recently. I do find that I have to intentionally slow myself down, as I start speeding up if I don't concentrate.

I can't remember who did the video, but the best one I found was a video that showed the controller in someones hand while they did their rotation. That really helped me realise the kind of speed I should be aiming at

Lag has been getting worse and worse. I used to be able to weave La<Crushing shock<procced Cfrag multiple times in a row very smoothly and quickly unless it was prime time with big fights going on.
My experience in the last couple of months has been that it hardly ever works smoothly anymore on PS5

It's not a thing. That's the thing about it. It's animation cancelling more than an actual thing they put in the game, so i think consoles are just not as forgiving on that aspect. It just became such a big part of min-max builds that they just said it was a feature, not a bug.
