Interesting. I haven't had any issues. I usually get the crafting item endeavors on the second character doing writs.

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a problem with the crafting endeavors. Like many, I completed mine with my second round of crafting writs — first was in Elden Root, second in Alinor.

As well as detailing all add-ons being used if on PC.

I've done the blacksmithing Endeavour on two accounts, each on PC NA and PC EU with no add-ons. In three cases I made a batch of 4 daggers, in the other one I completed a writ for a sword plus a batch of 3 daggers. Since Endeavours began I've always done the crafting ones by making a batch of identical items.
