Dear ZOS, can you please hide the cursor from the password space when tabbed out.
It happened to me multiple times, that I tabbed out into discord during the time the game takes to boot (on my second monitor), maybe I look away for a second to take a sip. Then I look on my first monitor, the game is ready. I look at my keyboard, because it's a "safe password" with symbols and numbers and nearly press enter, just a second before I realize that I didn't type into the password space but nearly posted my password into a "General Channel" of a guild with 5000 members. Maybe it's just my plane stupidity, but you already have this function here on the forums, it can't be that hard to implement and it might save some poor lads from being "hacked".

One way to adapt is to make sure that the game does not save your account name.

This way, you are always starting with your account name, and if you accidentally post that to the Internet, no one cares.

If you play in a secure environment (as many, if not most, home users do) it shouldn't even be necessary to type in your password every time you log in or switch servers anyway.

    Is this a Steam thing?

I don't use Steam for ESO but my understanding is that you don't need to enter your details each time, whereas on PC without Steam you can leave the account name from one session to another but have to enter the password each time, including when you switch from one regional server to the other. I'd favour an option to remember the password as well as the account name (as well as a drop-down menu when selecting from multiple account names).

Yet another reason for five-factor identification.
    1. Secure, unique password
    2. Confirmation code via text
    3. Facial scan matching photo ID
    4. Unique 2-page essay (timed & manually reviewed)
    5. Recent bank statement with your account name on it (scanned or mailed)
