After hitting play on launcher my game goes to a black screen and takes forever to launch...

Is there a way to fix my game to where after I hit play on the launcher it goes to a black screen and the mouse curser is just a blue circle. Sometimes it launches ok but most of the time it can take anywhere from 15-30 mins for my game to finally get to the log in screen. After that no worries everything works fine.

Hey @Venosi, this article provides some troubleshooting for black screens and crashing. If the game is not actually crashing, and just has a long loading screen, see here. You should also try repairing the game files via the launcher or reinstalling the game.
