Mirri is close to reaching level 20, but why is it that when she is summoned, she would appear in underwear before the costume shows up and covers her?! This one is married and can’t look at semi naked Dunmer ladies!

LOL...you're married....not dead. You can still look at the menu but just can't order..heh

Saw somewhere that it was a bug...so far I have not experienced Mirri showing up in skivvies ...

    Maybe...only for my Main.
    1. Rapport should be account bound like everything else for our companions.
    2. The vibe changes of companions personalities would be much more amusing (or even noticeable) if rapport loss and gain was 10x faster than it currently is.
    3. I feel like the huge amount of grind having to do with the Companions was a mistake, all of it should be reduced. The entertainment value lies in experiencing content with companions, changing builds and gear, housing placements of companions, and evolving interactions, not the forced GRIND which feels completely unnecessary and dissatisfying.
So my answer is, grinding ALT rapport shouldn't even be a thing at all, and it's super boring to do on even ONE character. That said, I did very much enjoy the discovery process of what gives and takes away rapport on each companion.

I do like the idea of each character having their own relationship with a companion; I wouldn’t want to treat all my different characters like the same person. That said, it should be an organic part of gameplay — not a grind! I enjoyed many aspects of how relationships developed in Dragon Age games, not that everything was perfect, but it was very engaging!

I voted "No", but the rest of sentence "don't care about companions" isn't true in my case. I care about companions, just, I simply never grind in ESO, for nothing. I don't care if what I like to obtain takes long time (or never happens in worst case). I want fun only and grinding is no fun to me. So I don't grind. I happily cope with the consequences! B)

I wish I had your discipline. Instead of just saying no to grinding, I took a year off because I wasn't enjoying wasting so much time in events and busy-work, but I couldn't resist doing that nonsense when I logged on. Feels good to be away from all that. I decided I would just play one or two months a year and play the previous year's content when I do that. Instead of buying chapter, I'll just access it through sub the month I'm playing. I'm fine being a year behind.

I don't even have max rapport with the current companions on any character and I been using since Blackwood launch, I just use them as combat fodder. Yes I will pick up new companions as they come out, max out their leveling, skill lines, and multiple weapons; rapport is not a priority. I don't care about its rise or fall, Mirri gets mad I pluck pretty bugs so what, I go on a murderous spree with Bastian watching no problem. Poll options don't apply to me, but I gladly take new companions as they come.

I just play...neither companion is max level, and they are both only ....oh 60% along the rapport bar.

I try to avoid the things they hate; I don't steal with Bastian, I don't pick bugs with Mirri
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

I worked rapport on each companion with one character so I can get the upgrades, but both are only level 16 so I have a way to go. I just don't have it in me to do more than that.

I hate rapport and being judged by someone who is supposed to be helping me.

Honestly rapport reminds me of WoW's horrendous reputation grind, which was one of the things that drove me away from that game.

I still dont have Mirri on max rapport because she's annoyed by the DAMN insects all the time.
Why did ZoS place fireflies next to Wayshrines anyway...

Yes, this! For it to work, the companions would need a wider range of things to say, which can't be hard. Also, their comments should tie into the class of the player, so they say different things to a sorcerer than to a necromancer. Bastion is always saying "let's find someone to help" but never says a word about it when you're actually doing that. If the could fish with you, that would be better than having them stare I to the middle distance looking bored.

Also yes to being part of organic gameplay. I too hate and avoid grinding anything. A game is meant to be fun.

Mostly what I would like is for companions to be useful, do real DPS if you take time and trouble to set them up properly. Which you can't, as they currently have stupid armour and skills. Much as I dislike playing solo, I will solo or just avoid content I really want to do rather than go with a PUG. I find PUGS toxic and hostile.
    Favourite NPC: Wine-For-All
Mostly PC-EU , with a lonely little guy on NA.
