Can't Enchant My Jewelry

So i have this issue where i bought 3 pieces of jewelry, 2 rings and an amulet to be spesific. All three are part of the Hunding's Rage set and all are CP160 with blue rank (elite or whatever). I also bought legendary rank enchantment glyphs which i want to use on them (weapon damage enchantments). The issue is that, even though the items are enchantable since i can enchant them with other glyphs such as reduce stamina cost of abilities , why can't i use those spesific glyphs? Would appreciate if anyone can help.

What's the exact name of the Glyph? It may not be a Jewelry Glyph.

If it's a "Glyph of Weapon Damage", then it's a weapon glyph.

The Jewelry glyphs are "Glyph of Increase Physical Harm" and "Glyph of Increase Magical Harm."

I have made that mistake a lot. I get easily confused sometimes. If you want me to make you replacements I can.
