Long queue times for specific dungeons?

Anyone else seeing long queue times for specific dungeons? like 40-60min+

    Yes, it has been like that for years.
    The queue will be shorter if the dungeon part of the daily pledge. It will also be much much shorter if you're a tank.

    I once queued for a specific dungeon with 2 dds in my group. We quested and did overland stuff for almost 3 hours before the group finder found a healer and a tank.

    Healers get ≤ 3 min queues.

    If I want to farm a specific dungeon I go on my tank on a pledge day. Can easily get runs that way.

    I often wait for it to be a pledge and I almost always like to do vet dungeons on my healer so that helps too. You might also try forming a group from zone chat (probably Deshaan, Grahtwood or Stormhaven). The other day a DPS was forming a group for Unhallowed Grave and I still had the pledge from a previous day so I joined. It took a bit to find a tank but the one they found was wonderful and it was a good run! :)

    Yes. Your best bet is to either do what @Araneae6537 suggested or queue 3-5 dungeons you want to run to broaden your chances
