Treasure Maps
Sorry if this has already been addressed
Can you repeat the treasure maps? I have found Auridon Treasure Map II twice, but have not been able to dig up the mound again, although I believe I can still see it. Can you only use them one time?

Lazarus_Long✭✭✭I have had the Stonefalls Treasure Map I twice on one my toons and was able to dig it both times. You most like all ready know this, but you have to have the map in your inventory to get the treasure. It's can't be in the bank.The List For Living - A guide for new or troubled players

Windshadow_ESO✭✭✭They are linked to the map and when you dig one its map vanishes you have to have the map with you and not in your bank to dig it up.
I have never gotten the same map twice and if I did I expect I would pass it on to an alt rather than have the same toon get it again.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭You can't have the same map in your inventory twice, the game won't let you.
There are no restrictions on how many times you can dig up the same treasure, you can find and use the same treasure map multiple times without any problems.

Qutayba✭✭✭Sometimes it helps to go some distance away and come back so that the mound will phase in as you approach. It won't respawn right in front of you.0

They respawn the moment you find the map again.
Every time you add a map to your inventory, the mound spawns in the world, instanced to you.

Yes and no.
If I get Auridon Treasure Map I, then a dirt mound appears at that location. When I dig it up, the dirt mound and the map disappear. It's not that it isn't respawning; it's that the game doesn't actually put it there if I don't have the corresponding map in my inventory. If I pick up another Auridon Treasure Map I, even if I pick it up 5 seconds after digging up the treasure, the mound will be there again with more treasure to dig up.----

The only thing I can figure is that I was at the wrong spot the second time, which would make me feel really stupid!
