Stuck in combat even worse since patch

Ever since this latest patch I've been stuck in combat way more often, to the point I just logged into the game, entered Cyrodiil, and landed in combat. At the gate.
I've also noticed that I can be standing somewhere, no where near combat, not in a group, and if I crouch and hit shadowy disguise I am suddenly I'm combat. Stand up? No combat. Crouch? Combat.

✭I've been noticing this too. You even get stuck in combat at the safe zone at the gate and cannot leave the game.1
