Seems to be part of the DK bug (leap and gap closers also dont work) or is an additional dk bug of its own. Had this (fossilize not working 90% of the time) in IC and Cyro too. What works for the ususal DK bug most of the times is change the location. Reload ui doesnt work. So in homes it seems that you hve to port in again. After respawning it doesnt work 90% of the time. In eg IC you have to change district.

I agree, in their rush to make Blackwood/Companions/New PvP sets they seem to have forgotten that old classes have issues that are not resolved =/ DK really needs major changes (more stam morphs, better resource recovery, lower skill cost, changes to useless morphs:

• Igneous Weapons could give light attack buff to group just like Bastian does and Molten Armaments could give Heavy Attack buff to entire group along with major buffs.
• Green Dragon Blood is just useless, this was supposed to be reliable Stam Heal but it just doesn't work 2 good.
• Deep Breath and Draw Essence should deal flame or poison damage purely and deal damage faster.
• Combustion passive is a joke, all other classes have better ways to get resources back.
• World in ruin passive should add % bonus to all poison/flame dmg attacks just as all other classes do to lightning or frost for example instead of only AoE.
• Stam whip was asked for so many times that I lost count.
• One of Obsidian Shield morphs should give better shield scaling of max mag and to whole group.
• Our skills need to work again in Cyrodil/IC/PvP.
• Ash cloud and it's morphs must have lowered resource cost for what they do. Almost 6k cost is just way to much compared to other classes, Cinder Storm should also give synergy (Cleanse with fire is my desire as I say), Eruption synergy could instead summon small volcano (like Red Mountain set does) and lob few fireballs at enemies dealix X fire damage.
• Stone Giant seems very tricky to use, it should be changed to just traditional hit and spam ranged attack.
• Heal DK should give some unique buff, maybe resource cost being cut by % or minor courage? Just an idea.
