Clever Alchemist requires you to aim your cursor at the target for the proc to activate, otherwise it won't give you the 5th bonus.
Titanborn's 5th bonus does not show up on the stat sheet at all.

Arbiter7070✭✭✭Also can confirm Clever Alchemist is completely bugged. Titanborn's 5th bonus is not showing for me as well. The Clever Alchemist bug has been since the release of the Waking Flame DLC. This needs to be addressed very soon as many PVP builds rely on Clever Alchemist to actually work.0

Have you been in combat? Clever Alchemist needs you to be in combat when activating the potion and you need to be on the bar witth all 5 equipped.PC/EU
