Looking For Decent-Sized Guild [NA][AD]

I am looking for a decent-sized guild in AD on the NA server. While quality is often better than quantity, that is only a factor if people are actually logged into the game. I am specifically looking for a guild large enough to typically have a sizable amount of online members.
I am interested in both PvE and PvP, but I am not looking for a guild that requires each member to raid or be in Cyrodiil a specific number of times per week. I am more interested in a friendly, relatively mature atmosphere that clears content but does not pressure members if their lives become too busy to be able to follow a raid or PvP schedule.
That being said, I fully support event schedules and requirements (ability, gear, etc.) to prove your worth and readiness to participate in those events. It is simply requiring X number of events attended per week that I am seeking to avoid.
