PS5 still hard crashing even after Update 31

PS5 still hard crashing in
- No Shira (Hew's Bane location) - Thieves Guild quest, cannot finish
- when I'm trying to type for whom I want to send mail

(I believe there will be more places where game crashes)

Clean install, new save data,

I see this issue is almost 3 month old

Sure, done that multiple times....

Sony also has a "report" of OVER 147 crashes to date w/ this game...
