I am having the exact same issue. Game was working fine last night but today I come to login and PC-EU is giving me an Error 108 every single time. Nothing in support article helps, nothing has changed about my computer or router overnight and I have double checked, even went so far as to test with my anti virus and firewall completely disabled, but it didn't help.

Edit: After having given me that error for the past 30minutes, the game just suddenly allowed me to sign in without me making any changes since my last attempt.
