The banner still says no maintainence this week and, given the short notice, this one thinks a lot of travellers may be surprised and dissapointed when they try to log in tommorow morning.

I know it's difficult for companies to feel that they can do this, but it would be a massive PR boost if these excessive downtimes for PC EU in particular were explained by a "State of the Servers" announcement indicating what the problems are, how they're being addressed, and when we can expect an end to them. Players will always cut developers a lot of slack, if only the developers communicate with them.

I'm really angry about this. Normally they have maint at 4am - that's 6pm here. Then at last patch it was 2am, so that was 4pm here. Now today it is at 3am. That is 5pm here. So as usual for us, not only do we lose the game at our prime time, but it is getting earlier and longer.Quite frankly I really am starting to question spending so much money on a game which treats me like a second class player. Why isn't it possible to shift maintenance times around so everyone gets inconvenienced occasionally.

I would like to know well in advance when there will be maintenance, just as I would like to know in detail what maintenance is done for. These vague reasons (back-end issue !) are really annoying

"Surprised and disappointed" does not get anywhere near the emotions I felt when logging in this morning. I had looked at the banner on Sunday and then again on Monday and decided to have a major ESO session this morning as I have a lot on this week.

ZOS your communication is terrible and I have to question what motivates this repeated treatment of Europeans as third class citizens.

There were people in zone chat in Summerset this morning who only knew about it when the 15 minute warning came up.

Stuff happens - it does - when it happens all day though and you can't get all of your writs done it can be quite wearing.

Please perhaps throw us some scraps while Tamriel sleeps and tell us all about the next update or the Blackwood festival or something to cheer us up a bit?

ZOS has been treating Aussies worse since they lost a legal battle against our ACCC re: refund policies. Not including us in the "world plays together" events and competitions immediately after said loss, for example. It's a pity.
