Solo Random should be the DEFAULT option.

Levelling up a new character I've noticed the regular (team) Random Battlegrounds has better queue times than the Solo Random Battlegrounds, depsite mostly being filled with solo randoms. Solo queue should be the DEFAULT option when looking to queue as I believe a large number of new solo players simply don't know the drop box option is there, and queue into the regular (team) option.

This would make it very difficult to queue with friends. The majority of players queue for the daily battleground xp and if they're all in Solo Random then the queue times for groups would be several hours.

Agreed. They should at least name it GROUP random, not just random to not confuse new players.

Agree. I get it you want to play with friends, I want to not face a HUGE disadvantage by being solo against premades who are on coms. That isn't very fun for us, the friendless.

If you have to trick newbs to get a game, that's a game issue. This is a design issue. Solo queue exists, and it should be the default option when queuing so newer players don't get thrown against teams without knowing they have the option not to.
