[Bug] PC EU - Immovable skill stops all movement and disables rolling even with only 5 heavy pieces

The "Immovable" skill from the Heavy Armour skill line appears to not work as intended when in combat.

When casting the Immovable skill with 5 heavy armour pieces and 2 light pieces:
Expected result:
You can move very slowly and roll dodge
Actual result:
You are no longer able to move and cannot roll dodge

When casting the Immovable skill with 5 heavy armour pieces and 2 medium pieces:
Expected result:
You can move very slowly and roll dodge
Actual result:
You are no longer able to move and cannot roll dodge

When casting the Immovable skill with 5 heavy armour pieces, 1 light piece, and 1 medium piece:
Expected result:
You can move very slowly and roll dodge
Actual result:
You are no longer able to move and cannot roll dodge

When casting the Immovable skill with 7 heavy armour pieces:
Expected result:
You are no longer able to move but can roll dodge
Actual result:
You are no longer able to move but can roll dodge

I have tested this with and without the new Bracing Anchor red CP and the result is the same.
This has been tested on a Nord Sorc, Redguard Dragonknight, Argonian Nightblade and the results were all the same.

Can confirm this is a thing, have also had it happen with mechanics that slow movement speed in Dread cellar namely the first boss circle renders you unable to roll or move after the boss "sucks" you in.

I have been testing this more today and have more information.

    This is reproducible by:
    1. Wearing 5 or 6 heavy pieces (1 or 2 light or medium pieces, not important)
    2. Slot Bracing Anchor red CP slottable
    3. Enter combat
    4. Cast "Immovable" skill
    5. Observe being unable to move (reasonable since Immovable is at least 90% movement debuff and Bracing Anchor is 16%, 90+16=106% reduction) but also being unable to roll dodge.

Repeat these steps without Bracing Anchor and you will be able to move and roll as expected.

The bug here is that if >100% movement speed reduction equals being unable to move and unable to roll dodge, that is fine.
However using 7 heavy pieces, Immovable, and Bracing Anchor you are able to roll dodge so this logic does not hold.
There is an inconsistency one way or the other.

Either you should be able to Roll Dodge with 5 or 6 heavy pieces, or you shouldn't be able to roll dodge with 7 heavy pieces.

Additional: I have heard anecdotally that this happens in content with heavy slow debuffs from enemies and Bracing Anchor also, so Immovable my not be the only problem here.

Interesting - I don't use immovable, but I go around in 7 heavy and I use the Bracing Anchor CP. Some snares in game seem absolutely ridiculous, as in much more than the slow I'd expect from Bracing Anchor. I've thought that I accidentally hit the RP walk it was that intense of a slow.

I've wondered if there was a bug with snares being suspiciously intense lately, even if I didn't have Bracing Anchor slotted. I know a fellow guildie mentioned she felt that her healer (with no heavy armor) was feeling really slowed by snares as well. Haven't done much testing other than feeling like I've been walking through molasses in trials, but I have gotten to points running through delves or dungeons with a bunch of enemies following me that my character is slowed to the point that he's doing the RP walk animation. I've never had that before.

Considering I don't even have immovable unlocked, I don't think that's the problem - at least not the whole problem, assuming that these are even the same problem. Is it a bug or feature that snares lately seem to be much more intense than they've been?
