"Tisnevere" is a Reachman bard who can be found singing and playing the lute at the Hunter's Repose in Markarth. Wonder who the singer is, ZOS! I crochet when in Markarth and listen to her. Well done!

Also a really awzum female bard in Blackwood, south-west of Farmers Nook, and a male in Fargrave at that food-court thing in front of the door to into The Shambles, both has songs I heard nowhere else, some pretty hysterical ones too.
