Nobody used proc sets this evening. Not a single person.
Games were very nice, no instant deaths or locked for 5 seconds and die, enemies' break-free also worked half of time (sometimes too fast though, like instantly).
Is ZOS experimenting something or everyone just got bored with proc sets?

In BG new proc set are usually less powerful since you can't rely on lag to make these set unavoidableI'm a single character man.
