I have max rapport for both of my companions, max on the three guild trees, and max on heavy armor for Bastian...also I just got Bastian up to level 20 but how to I increase his weapon skills? Any idea what percentage of his fight experience points go toward leveling the weapon he's using? I maxed him out on one handed but it is taking quite a while to level his sword and shield skills.
