Never had any problems with lower level players on any normal randoms. Normal mode is really easy, even DLC dungeons. DLC just takes longer to complete, nothing else. So, I can't understand what are you talking about...(...)I don't wanna deal with newbies slowing the group down or in some cases making it impossible to progress. (...)
Not everyone has the urge of speed running dungeons.I don’t generally do the daily random because of this (...) the expectation is that you’re ready to speed run everything.(...)

Random daily dungeon via group finder is something most people do for easy exp or 10 transmute. I don't wanna deal with newbies slowing the group down or in some cases making it impossible to progress. not my job. if you wanted to do dlc dungeons try forming a pug via zone chat, ask friends or join a guild.
or make it so only your first daily random dungeon pool lacks dlc dungeons.afterwards it works as usual.

The easy experience and other rewards is intended to help ensure there are players in the queue for when someone decides to queue for any dungeon.
By reducing the dungeons that are part is this the effectiveness of the random reward us greatly reduced. As such the reward should be reduced or even eliminated.

I'd agree if everyone, and not only players with the DLC received the harder dungeons. But as it is now, players without the dungeons or ESO+ have an easier dungeon queue than players with the DLC or ESO+. The disparity is pretty ridiculous. Paying for a product and being forced into a more challening environment, with the same rewards, as someone who isn't paying.
If anything, they should increase the rewards for queing into random dungeons with ESO+ active or DLC dungeons owned. Further incentivize subscribing or buying the dungeons, while also rewarding players who are forced into more challenging content with no means to control it.
Or, and this is probably the better solution, there should be two random queues. One for DLC and one for non DLC. Allowing players with the DLC/ESO+ to queue specifically to get into a random DLC. Then you assure that players who are in the queue for those dungeons are players who want to be there. And you continue to provide the base game avenue for dungeon queuing for players who have bought those things but may not always want to participate in them.

That doesn't solve anything lol. As others have stated the way to get around it is to idk communicate a bit in a MASSIVE MULTIPLAYER ONLINE game. I'm sure there is one person in the entire game that is looking to run a dungeon on a low level toon. Literally shout and I'm sure one will join you.
Dlc dungeons aren't hard and teaching someone that never ran it before shouldn't be a chore. At one point YOU never ran these dungeons. It's called learning and of more people actually taught new players how to do content then maybe just maybe they wouldn't be bad and make any que easier because more people have the logic needed to beat each dungeon. I know it sounds crazy but it's the truth.
You can also unsubscribe. Then DLC dungeons will not appear when you queue up for a random dungeon. Unless you specifically purchase the DLC and add it to your account.
I cancelled my subscription just to avoid DLC dungeons and it has made my random dungeon experience so much more enjoyable.

You can, but unsubscribing is insane to solve a solution that should be available in game.

A "solution" to a non existing problem.. and if people don't like pugs, then there are guilds and friends

Not everyone does, but the vast majority of groups take off at full speed without even a “hello”, and pull bosses assuming everyone has done things before.

It's not a non-existing problem. And it's not even about pugs.
Fact: Non DLC owners have an easier random dungeon queue.
Fact: DLC dungeon owners have a harder random dungeon queue.
Those are indisputable facts. The dungeon queues are already disproportionately easier for non DLC owners. With no options for DLC owners to make the queue the same as non owners. That is a problem. And it becomes even more of a problem as more DLC dungeons are released into the queue. 24 non DLC dungeons and 22 DLC dungeons. This should be two queues.
