Lair of Maarselok, Moongrave Fane, and Icereach monster masks and shoulders

So in the Waking Flame patch notes, it states that these 3 monster masks and shoulders will be offered by Urgarlag Chief-Bane as new collectibles. What I’m trying to understand is, is this supposed to be now? Or when the corresponding arms packs come out? The patch notes do not clarify this. If it’s supposed to be now, she certainly isn’t selling them. @ZOS_Kevin

joerginger✭✭✭✭✭The two Maarselok pieces were available at two weekends in the past. I guess this means that the other two sets are now also parts of the pool for the Golden. Since there have only been two monster sets for sale at the same time, I would assume that the patch notes only wanted to say that they will be sold when they come up in the rotation.
"Urgarlag will now offer Moongrave Fane, Lair of Maarselok, and Icereach monster masks and shoulders."
The word "now" is most likely not meant to be taken literal in this sentence.1 -

Golden have nothing to do with it because she never sell style pages. But patch notes say they will be “offered” by Urgarlag.1 -

I guess Gina copy-pasted the pts patch notes. The style pages were probably in store for testing on the pts but I cannot confirm this. 1 -

✭It looks like they’re getting rid of Monthly Monster Mask Drops and switching it to a permanent thing. The newest notes have the most recent dungeon bosses dropping their pages rarely on vet.
This is likely because there are too many dungeons to keep the crown store synchronization going. It’s been a few years and a ton of complaints about how players that missed a month are unable to get the drops they wanted until the mask repeats, which frankly rarely or never happens.3
