Buffs are resetting on xbox series x!

Anyone else notice this or been having this problem? Bar swap to fast all buffs are gone on front bar! Sometimes all I have to do is dodgeroll and they reset! Had this on xbox one uninstalled reinstalled didnt help! Now on next gen version im losing stam regen to as it sets itself to zero!

Had Magicka recovery issues on PCNA in vet Kynes Aegis last night, was stuck at 700-ish down from usual 1500+. Leaving instance and returning fixed it, but it came back eventually. Is orb synergy bug back or is this a barswap issue?0
