Account Issues --> ESO Plus Recurring Account --> Crowns are Missing !

I am pretty confused, and surprised I have been dealing with this issue. I know I am posting on labor Day, regardless I wanted this post to be viewed publically because this issue is incredibly disturbing to me. I am setup on ESO as a recurring ESO+ account. Every month its the same, sometime (day of) I get my crowns as soon as ESO draws from my bank account. Last month I got my crowns a day later. Now a month later, it was time for my account to be due (Sept 3rd). I have submitted many tickets, because this issue was deeply, deeply concerning to me.
I have received replies, but no true answer on what I was trul;y dealing with, whether it was something on ESO's side or my side, or my side. I was asked in a reply that I had to submit proof of purchase that the money was taken out, the date of purchase, and the purchase amount. I did what they asked, and still was given a very vague response, and was still asked to still wait a full 72 hours before any investigation would be taken place, and it was left to that. Pretty short and simple and not answering any of my concerns.
Sunday on the account it still said Payment will be due September 3rd. Monday (Today) I looked again on the account, and my account still reads a Active ESO + account, but when the bill will be due next, was updated to "Will be due October 3rd" This made the issue more concerning to me. I am willing to submit once again the proof of purchase from my bank account and the screenshots from my account yesterday morning. What I cant figure out still is why I never got my crowns.

The Questions I have which are very important, and I would like to know direct answers to-

1.) Is there anything new for anyone that has recurring ESO Plus account that the customers need to know that having a "recurring" account, is it going to be the new normal that crowns are delayed?

2.) Why is there a billing history, and no mention of when theres a payment made for a ESO+ recurring so the customer can know not only the money was taken out of the bank, there is a visual record of a customers ESO+ recurring bill to show up as well on the account? With this the customer can truly debate that the recurring bill was truly accepted on both sides, and everything is accounted for so there is no other speculation otherwise.


I love this game very much so, I would really appreciate a fix to this. Please :(

    and I am mistken I did look at billing history it was taken out and it is visible, but still never received the crowns, that still remains the biggest issue.
