The loading screens for housing typically do not give a care if certain assets exist or not; it is just artwork. There are things like wood elf hanging big spoon and fork in another house loading screen, but that has never existed either. Neither did this orcish throne, skull; it might have been datamined at one point, but there are quite a few “gold” plan recipes (seems to be a pattern with orcish furniture) that never saw the light of day.

With that said, you could simply make the assets yourself. The throne is basically just an Orcish Throne, Peaked with skulls on it, which the skulls you can get quite cheaply, and the Witches’ Festival is happening in a month. If you try hard enough, then the throne might still be sittable.

The candle looks like a cheap tealight candle on a basic plate. The only reason it looks red is the lighting effect of the picture. If you want red though, you could get a Dark Brotherhood candle from the lux vendor and put it on a plate or in a bowl.
