Noticed it too. It seems to be showing the tooltip after battle spirit. It is the only skill that is doing so.

Really? Because I tested it last night as did some Templars in my bg guild and we all reported it hitting for significantly less than before the maintenance
I tested it against some daedras at IC sewers, it hits for about 20k at its maximun (non crit), which is ok I guess
