The Planemeld (Harborage) quest line is not showing for me for some reason. I finished the Castle of the Worm and that is as far as it will let me go. Is this a bug?

✭✭✭✭✭The next quest is "The Tharn Speaks" and There's a recurring bug with starting it.
If you have either of the Elsweur Prologue quests "The Demon Weapon" or "The Halls of Colossus" in your quest journal, you'll need to finish or abandon those quests before Tharn's banekin will start the quest.2
