I really like it, I can't wait until it drops but I'm not sure if I'll spend the money on it tbh. I'd really really like to see one of the cave homes from vvardenfell; I was always super disappointed they never made one, I found them so cute. x78qus7ya2f1.png

I’ve always wanted one of these and now I have the plans to fully decorate it.

It’s a cozy size and so much more attractive than all of the other Vvardenfell houses. I keep hoping they’ll make one for sale but we got a Daedric ruin instead.

This is HUGE! 700 slots are not enough for the interior alone. PASS :D

I respectfully disagree. I was able to furnish it quite comfortably on PTS and still had slots left over to add to the outside. I remember people saying the same thing about Pridespire Manor and I had no problems making it look full and homey.

If you are building another structure or reskinning your entire house then sure you'd likely not have enough slots to do it justice. But if you're using in game furniture and items, there is more than enough room to make a home cosy.

I created a custom structure and still had enough slots to fully decorate the ground floor, cellar, courtyard and tower. I'll admit though that the upper floors are a little sparse however.

Sorry but 700 is not enough for Sweetwater Cascades. Looked at some test builds on PTS and many rooms are not properly decorated. Lots of empty space.

The house alone can easily be 700 furnishings.

    First floor- 250 furnishings
    Second floor- 250 furnishings
    Third floor- 125 furnishings
    Basement- 75 furnishings

Two of the most amazing houses showcased in a while.

yeah after seeing this place i am now gutted i got the chapel over this.

I doubt it. Most houses, except one large house and an inn room once per chapter, are crown only with both options.

Well I bought Pantherfang even tho I knew it'd be much more of a struggle to decorate. But I am still looking forward to getting my hands on Sweetwater! And then I think I may be done with housing for a good long time as I'll actually then have all the types of house I have wanted. The only thing that could change my mind is a huge increase in item slots and ZOS blowing my socks off by finally putting out the more rustic homes we've begged for from Summerset.

It won't be. Don't hope for something that will never happen.

Houses that can be bought for gold release along with a new chapter.

Houses released at any other point cost crowns, with the furnished and unfurnished versions having a value difference of a few thousand crowns (excluding the seemingly one "free" house we get a year now, with Doomchar Plateau being this year's)

LOL, with Pantherfang and Seatwater you should be busy for a year. Sweatwater Cascades is tempting (you don't know how tempting) but this sinkhole that is housing is putting me into the poor house. Pretty soon I'll be dancing like a monkey in Leyawiin for chump change.
