Quite honestly, for years I never understood this playstyle, but to each their own. Last patch they finally had a purpose, to be the centerpiece setup for bombers, and that seemed to work pretty well. I have no clue why people are drawn to grouping around block tanks, but they are, go figure. But now that the bombers seem to have disappeared again, your block tanking is awesome for building ultimate off of safely (as you are almost always outside of the action)... and for that I thank you for sticking around!
