Legion Zero Vigiles style pages are not dropping?

During the time the event's been running, I've managed to get some Legion Zero (2020 Midyear Mayhem style) pages, but not a single Legion Zero Vigiles page. Does anybody else have this issue?

I've gotten several of the regular legion zero, but no vigils0
