New sets from Rewards of the Worthy stopped to drop?

I've just opened 25 RotW and not a single item dropped for the new sets.
All 25 were new, just got them today.

Are they stll dropping for you?

Just got one from Ravenwatch and there was a new set item.
25 I opened were from under 50, maybe that is the difference..

I wonder if it is this working as intended or a bug.

Anyone can confirm a drop for the new sets form a RotW gained in under 50 Cyro?

I've gotten 8 or 9 pieces already opening 20 or so boxes

I've heard that the under 50s don't drop the new boxes with the new sets. Not sure if it's intended, though.
