Prior to today's patch, I had discovered all wayshrines and ayleid wells in Blackwood. On entering the map today, however, I find that all ayleid wells are now undiscovered, and 4 out of 12 wayshrines not unlocked.

All wayshrines show on the map as discovered, but three show as undiscovered in the zone guide and map completion. (When I zoned into Blackwood Crossroads wayshrine, it unlocked again, so it was four.)

I rediscovered' one ayleid well (which is how I realized that there was an issue with them as well) and it now appears on the map. The others, which I has discovered earlier, have vanished from my map:
