PASSIVES NOT WORKING

Lots of passives not working and require a full reset and relog. I know there are workarounds, but I don't want to pay for ZOS' [snip].
Are we going to get an esitmate when this is going to be resolved?

I assume you have already checked your skillpoints, CP placement, your mundas, and your gear? And your addons?

Often, addons will be wonky and not display things properly after a patch.

But, in general, how would /you/ be paying for their mess up? In what way? This post just reads entitled and immature...

Literally character based, a differernt charater would get a different set of passives not working. Some heavy hitting areas are class ones, armor ones and undaunted.

I am not getting paid for doing testing for zos, not my responsibilities to detail anything.

Neither is it anyone else's. Yet some people do exactly that, because they know it helps. If I call my automotive mechanic and tell him that my car is making funny noises, but refuse to provide any details, I shouldn't be surprised if he can't fix the ones I'm calling him about.

Speaking as a longtime member of the Unofficial Patch Project, that's a horrible attitude. Any information you can provide is immensely helpful... and if you don't provide any information, this will take longer to fix.

Friends of friends have reported passives, such as armor passives, disappearing mid-fight, according to logs.

@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I apologize for the ping, but is the dev team aware of this issue?

What's with this attitude of "not my responsibility"? That's just immature, and it makes it clear you don't understand how actual feedback works. You can't expect to complain about something not working and then turn around and go "it's not my job to provide details". It's like complaining about anything else in your life not working but then refusing to provide any sort of information. That's not how life works, and considering how big a game ESO is with all the code...expecting them to just be able to go in and automatically be able to figure out what's going on without any information to work on is ridiculous at best.

If you want something fixed, you need to actually give feedback. Giving information so bugs and glitches can be pinpointed and fixed isn't the same as doing QA for ZOS in the slightest.

I don't know if this is part of the passives not working problem, but I'm leveling antiquarian, and put points into level 5 scrying passive but the purple lead never drops after completing the green and blue leads. I know on other characters, as soon as I got to level 5 I would receive the purple lead... on this new character the purple lead is not appearing.

This quite unfortunately is a feature and not a bug.

You only get the purples once per account per zone.

UPDATE: Ok, just read this in another forum post, but apparently leads are account wide? Does this mean that the first piece of the Pale Order ring I excavated on another character is available on my current character? So if I collect the remaining four pieces with this character, I can still assemble the ring without having to reacquire the one I completed on the alt character?

That's how it works though. One purple at 5k gold per zone, per account. And one gold Al Esh coin for 100k gold per account.

I have noticed undaunted not working--as I will have lower health, magic, and stam...and check to see my food is up etc, and can't figure it out. Usually I port and it fixes itself.

Sustain has also been terrible.

Had my character lose about 4k Magicka during a DSA run a few days ago. Couldn't figure out what the problem was but it persisted for the entire run of the arena.

After it was over and I left the arena, *pop*, Magicka goes back to normal again.

34k Magicka dropping to 29k is very obvious.

My understanding is that you can "assemble" it at a Transmute station the way you can any set gear you've collected, but if you don't want to do it that way then you'll need to reacquire the individual leads to all the fragments and excavate them. I've yet to complete any of the antiquities which are assembled from fragments, so I don't know if I've described that correctly.

Had that yesterday in Craglorn, Master Gatherer seems to be off for over an hour, Ores and wood needed 2 or more swings, while flowers seems to be unaffected, relog on other Character and it was gone.

I just saw a clip from Rich's stream where he says that taking the Combustion synergy causes it. And people are saying other/any synergies might

Yeah, I discovered that if I excavated a lead on one character, I will have to find a new lead and excavate on another character if I don't want to excavate all leads on the first one. Seems dumb that leads are account wide but excavation is not... very contradictory and confusing; if one aspect is ACCOUNT WIDE, it should be account wide for all.

I had to reset my champion points and reset my racial passives yesterday in cyrodiil. I lost about 3k health in the middle of a fight and realized my CP wasn’t working. This bug is incredibly annoying. It just comes out of nowhere as well. This is a little bit unrelated but sets like Clever Alchemist aren’t always working either. Game has been buggy as hell since the Waking Flame DLC.

Got this Bug today aswell on a vDSA run non of my DK Ultimates dropped granted me the Battleroar Resources, nor gaining Ultimate throuh Eruption.

Further more it seems to also effect certain gearpieces and / or CP

Did a vMA Run this afternoon and on 2nd last Stage the boss dropped me to 10% while having Pale order Ring and Reaving Blows CP Start slotted. I spammed Burning Embers & LA 3 Times on the Boss, recieving 0 Health back.

The 3 Recasts alone should have been enough to bring me up to 50+% easily.
