---- REQUEST: different look and behavior for combat pets

we have all sorts of non combat pets that do all sorts of idle mechanics. Can we get the same for our summable pets too? I really am annoyed with the twilights just keep flapping in the air right in front of my face when we are in group. PLS have them land on the ground !!!! They only need to be in the air when in combat or chasing your toon around, like non-combat pets. You can change the base mechanics of them, then add purchasable personalities later

Also, can we get different skins to place over the summable pets. One person mentioned he would love to have a panda bear in place of the warden bears. I think a large eagle in place of the twilights would be real cool.

They are sitting on a literal goldmine of a pet skin market yet have made no moves towards it. I'll never understand

Absolutely! More skins for the bear at a minimum since the 'pieces' are already in place for that. And the idles idea would be lovely and really help give the summons some personality. Of course, getting flappy to land when idle would really help keep her out of the way (along with an overall size decrease for her). The bear should lie down and take a snooze sometimes as another example.

Glad yall like the idea. I had brought this up in my guild and they loved it. My friend told me polar bear not panda, sorry, as he wanted to do a all Ice based warden, probably for some RP venue.
When i first started this game over 3 years ago i saw the black panther in the crown purchase options and used my startup crowns on that, only to find out its a non-combat pet, there went my idea of a drizzt toon

... But more i play more incredible fashions and variety i see and we keep the same ole summon pets who have no personalities. This is something imo that needs to change.

I'd love to have a skin change for sorcs pets, like the storm atronach creatures such as senches, wolves and so on.

Imagine summoning a storm atronach senche for the familiar skin... it would look beyond awesome!

Aww man, I'd totally buy a Panda skin! I'd love that so much!

I want:

Shalk --> Roots (think of the animation from Ruins of Mazzatun final boss), or snakes slither forward (like Sorc's Encase).

Netch Jelly --> Nixad, Imp, wisp, Ice wraith, or Lunar Moth

Fetcherflies --> swarming wasps (poison/bleed), wisps (magicka dmg), or butterflies (healing morph?)

Cliffracer --> Harpie, Griffin, or Giant Bat.

Idk. I love Warden, just not a fan of it being Morrowind animals only.

I'd love for them to offer more choices for the Warden ult than bear. Not a bear fan, and are bears even native to Vvardenfell like the rest of the stuff we see as animals in Warden skills? How about a giant nix-hound? I'd definitely prefer that to a bear!

Think about how darn big nix hounds were in Morrowind TES III. That would be awesome!

if they do as they have for non combat pets, you would get many choices in straight crown buys and the crown chests. And that would go into endeavors as well. IMO ZOS would make a bundle of money off of this and it wouldn't even be hard to code, all the skins are there already, the "skeleton" for the skin is the original pets so for so little effort they could make so much.

They should have different options for the bear ultimate, as well as the sorcerer pets. The game has been out this long and yet we can't even summon a flame atro, frost atro, or other common summons from elder scrolls games.

They could simply add a tab to the appearance collectibles section with polymorphs etc. You select your pet appearance.

A new skin probably takes a work experience person about twenty minutes but I’d rather the devs concentrated on fixing the game’s wide variety of bugs than creating new animations.

it wouldn't' be new animations, its a skin not a program. and summoning ice and fire atros would be awesome
