Stony Heart Farm

Anybody know of a better place other than Bangkorai and the public dungeon in A'likir to farm Gargoyles for Stony Heart. I'm convinced Bangkorai doesn't drop it. I've killed over 3000 Gargoyles and haven't gotten it yet. I understand it's an achievement, but none of the other items for the Trophy Achievements took over 500 kills.

✭✭✭✭✭I don't know if it means anything, but the icon for the Stony Heart item is "/esoui/art/icons/quest_rivenspire_004.dds"-- so, maybe in Rivenspire?

There is RNG and then there is this. I have found over 10 purple jewelry items from the gargoyles and no stony heart. The only thing I can compare it to is way back in WoW Beta when I was looking for an item for a quest and my gear went from fully repaired to broke 3 times before I got the item.0 -

✭You're really lucky if you've managed to get all the others within 500 kills, maybe it's just RNG catching up with you!
I had several where I ended up with 3 or 4 stacks of the trash drop, and you only get them every 2 or 3 times so took many more than 500. The Crypt Jar took me weeks to get, I couldn't even guess how many kills that one neededPS4 EU1 -

✭✭Yeah so just moving on. Went and got my lashing tentacle in Black Vine Delve in Malabal Tor in about 7 rounds through the delve which is about 70 kills.0 -

Totally with you. There are some things in this game that make you wonder what the heck is going on. For instance, the BSW inferno staff.1 -
