Companion outfit achievement not working

Title says it all, I cannot get achievement for making outfit for my companion.

    If I remember correctly to avoid bug you need to disable costume first, change outfit to no outfit (default look of companion) and then activate your outfit slot (if is already customised). It worked for me.
