The 150,000 AP log-in reward got me about 7 Rewards of the Worthy emails at once. Those emails include a Rewards of the Worthy container, plus maybe a bit more (a Keep Recall stone).

✭✭✭✭On the PC, the WPamA add-on, among MANY other bits of great functionality, tracks the cooldown on opening things like Rewards of the Worthy containers.
This is also useful for the containers you get from Imperial City daily quests, which will be part of the event starting next Thursday.

Also, if you claim the reward with a low-level character, open the mail with your highest level character or wait a while to open the containers until your character is levelled up.2 -

If you claim the ap on low level character, they get more from it, including both RftW and things like skill points from rank-ups. I claimed on my max level PvP toon, got a full rank and skill point from it (Lieutenant Grade 1 to Grade 2), and seven or eight mails. Had I known about the level scaling thing, I would have claimed on one of my low level alts to get them some free skill points and more transmute geodes from more RftW mails.PC NA1 -

✭✭✭✭✭That's odd, because I opened all of mine one after the other, and I got 2 unbroken transmute geodes, for a total of 9 (5+4) transmute crystals. This was true on both servers.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!4 -

That's not odd. There is always the chance for there to be gems in there, but it's only guaranteed the first time every day (resets with a cooldown, not at a certain time of the day). So I could in theory get gems out of all of my 27 mails if I opened them today, but the only way I am guaranteed to get 27 geodes is me opening them one at a time per day.
It seems like you got lucky today

You can accept the mails, just don't open more than one container per day. (I have one character who opened all my mym RftW and he's sitting with around 70 containers left in his backpack.1 -

Otherwise just open them any time and you have a random chance, about 1 in 3 will have geodes.
I opened 15 Rewards for the Worthy in the past 24 hours and I received 5 Uncracked Transmutation Geode.

Hes a tip if you are drowning in the smaller Geodes. Note .. this DOES NOT WORK on Mythic items.
1 - Get a ticker book set full so that an item will only cost 25 Transmute crystals to create.
2 - Create items from that set that each use up 25 Transmutes, you can of course store these on any char/bank etc.
3 - When you need the Crystals to make what you want, deconstruct the item to reclaim 25 crystals back.
This effectively turns the items into a 25 "Crystal Geode" that you can store anywhere you can store a Bound item.
AGAIN this wont work with Mythic items as you cant deconstruct them.

I think 1/3 is probably overstating it. While I don't have a lot of anecdata, I think it's well lower than that in general.0 -

It certainly worked for me after each of the past two Midyear Mayhem events.1 -

However, gladiator bags are absolutely once daily. If you open 2 gladiator bags on your account in 24 hours you will only receive 1 arena proof. You'll get the crafty pouch but arena proofs are limited to once a 24 hour period. Transmute geodesic are not, and you can get more than 4 stones from them.0 -

I sell a lot of items don't want all those mails cluttering my mailbag. I have nearly maxxed out transmute crystals and haven't used any since before Blackwood, as I have lost interest in trial content and my old gear is still more than enough for dungeons. I have a lot of furniture in my bank, items for later sale, etc.
In other words while I am not maxed out on either, space is more valuable to me than transmutes. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.
