Error 210 patch manifest error_download fail - SKY ISP issue?

Logged in last night around 21:00 BST for about 1 hour. Tried this morning but get the failure above, tried to repair but get the same failure.
Tried same on laptop after full reboot of router but getting the same problem. Wasn't aware of any patch changes last night unless its an infrastructure issue with non ESO software

Old_Foggy✭✭✭✭Same problems here, I actually did a post at the same time as this one.
I'm on the PC EU server:
The game won't run from the launcher, error code 210, I have two accounts a regular one and steam, neither is working and the repair launcher isn't working either. I then tried to connect to my accounts on the web and that won't work either so I ran the windows diagnostics and according to that the problem isn't at my end. Is anyone else having connection issues right now ? I also did a trace route and that looks fine so I find it odd. According to the server status page the servers are up. All my other web links are working fine. Ticket sent in to support.0 -

Indeed.
I'm rather annoyed with myself, as I ran through various troubleshooting steps to no avail, and uninstalled the client out of desperation... and now cannot restart the actual download Haha!
Please do update here when its resolved if possible to save me retrying every 5mins!

I have the same issue too. it worked once i activated my antivirus VPN. Also with sky broadband.2

I tried to bypass the launcher and run the game from the eso64.exe but that's failing to get retrieve announcements so obviously a connection issue.1 -

Don't bother ringing, they are "aware of a problem" and wait time to speak to their team is over 1 hour!!
Apparently affects online banking as well which is more of an issue if you need to use that
I don't use VPN so will have a look at that. Any recommendations as to suitable providers?

It is definately a routing issue on their side(Sky UK), as articles on the Independent are not opening for me reliably(possibly DNS although have changed this as well to others and no joy).
Well, at least they are "aware" of the issue, and the fact it is effecting certain commerce sites may work in our favour for a speedy resolution!
We can but hope.

Are you still getting Error 210 in the launcher?
If so, there is troubleshooting below that may help.
