Am I losing it?

So I'm walking down the road in Shornhelm and suddenly I see a skeleton run up the steps past me towards the Wayshrine. Not sure if I saw what I thought I saw I ran after him and he turned and went up the stairs towards the castle. At this point I'm fairly certain I'm seeing a skeleton and I got close enough to see a character name "Mort the Lich." At the top of the stairs next to the fountain he called up a mount and took off before I could get a screenshot verifying that I'm not insane.

So is there some sort of skeleton disguise you can get or quest bauble that turns you into a skeleton or am I just certifiable?

    Yes there is a player disguise that makes you look like a skeleton...it is a quest thing

    Yeah there is a 'disguise' you get from a quest IIRC

    Nope, it's a secret :)

    Don't remember, but a search in the forum or google should turn it up

    I'm guessing there's multiple? One for each faction? It would seem strange if they made a disguise like that and only utilized it for one of the factions.

    It could be from Mage's Guild

    Ah. Right.

    Well, with all those ugly vampires I see everywhere now, it's refreshing to see a skeleton instead.

    I found out the quest for the disguise could be at Stillrise Village, west Shadowfen. Need to check once I'm back home today. :smile:

    [EDIT] I wonder where such a quest can be found in AD, or DC region.

    Haven't found a quest that gives you such a disguise in AD and I'm in Coldharbor already :/

    Seems like that skeleton disguise is available for Shadowfen map only. I found it in the Stillrise Village and its giving you Gemstone of Skeletal Visage when completed. Sadly I didn't note the name of the quest.
