I can't login to my character?

Every time i login to a certain character i get a CE-108225-1 error, i can login to all my other characters apart from this particular one, my game crashes everytime i try, I'm on ps5.

ok i have done that my ticket number is: 210819-004500 can you take a look please it's been like 3 days this character has been stuck, and it has all my gold on it. i Cant really play any of my other characters without my gold.0 -

Ok, I've done that. In the email they must've thought I was on Xbox mistakenly somehow. I've just replied and clarified that it's PlayStation that I'm on. All I need is for them to move that one character lol.0 -
