No matter the setting - auto cast on or off - companion (Bastian to be precise) does not cast ultimate ability. If I choose to command him to cast ultimate, when I hit the button, an error message appears that companion cannot use the ultimate right now, despite having way more ultimate than required. When set to auto cast he never fires off ultimate and most of the time he doesn't even get ultimates in combat. I read there was such bug on PTS, does that mean ZOS that again you let the bug to hit live server? Are you sure, at this point, that you do know how to further develop the game? Because I'm not sure if paying for bugs is what your customers are happy with.
Care to explain/fix/acknowledge?

EDIT:
Just noticed that when changing maps companion ultimate count goes to 0. is this intended? Our ultimates do not vanish. EXPLAIN PLS.

Any info or should I just start typical procedure for products not working (and absolute lack of support for that product), as per EU laws?

Have you checked the answer you got from @phaneub17_ESO - seems to explain it but maybe you have all that covered?

Yes and answered just now as this doesn't help and doesn't solve the problem. Only logged in to forum btw.

    ESO support = epic fail.

So you're making such a big deal just because the Companion Ultimate resets when you zone to another location? Perhaps this IS 'as intended' since ZOS has never actually stated 'what is' and 'what isn't' intended as far as what companions can do. Is it also 'intended' that Companions draw aggro more than a regular player? Is it intended that Companions run away from bosses causing them to reset? There are a lot of things that may be intended but have never been stated, nor does ZOS need to tell us what is/isn't intended. We can complain about it all, ask on the forums for their input, but legally, they do not have to respond. So it would be hard pressed for you or anyone else to take legal action when you don't even KNOW what is/isn't intended.
