fashion scrolls, true end game. covering up with an outfit is nice, but showing off the motifs and outfit styles we spent all our gold on is also nice.please thank you.

You can get a guild tabard from the guild store of any guild you're in. You wear it. This will put the guilds name in your tag if anyone has it set to show tags of players though also puts it over your outfit whatever thing that guild has set for theirs.

You can buy and wear guild tabards. It puts a guild tag on your name when you wear it, but some people just want the guild tag and don't want to have their outfit have a tabard over it.

I prefer running a costume so always had the bets of both worlds.

But I only run it for the guild tag in PvP

Now if the tabards looked better it would be a other matter...

Often the tabard colours don't fit the colours of your outfit. It would be great if it could be hidden. Currently the onliest way for this is to wear a premade costume.

Can we just have a guild tag on the character menu? Add another drop down menu below title and outfit that has the names of your guilds and you can select which one.

Thats the thing. I WANT to represent my guild name under mine all the time, but also show my outfit styles ive collected over time, and spent a lot of creativity designing over just a simple costume that is usually just boring and one single peice. The tabards themselves are often boring, ugly, clip awfully with chest/belt/shoulder/etc peices. they havent been touched by zos in a very long time I dont think.

How many people have even designed one lately? the selection of emblems are miserable. Let us have an option to toggle them off under our outfit PLEASE the same way we can toggle off our helmet. so we can represent our guild but also still show our style.

This is probably one of the most requested features on this forum. I'm not sure why it never gets addressed. If it's not possible or of they just don't want to do it, it would be cool if someone from ZOS could say so.

Tabards are generic and ugly, but I want to represent my guild so I just use costumes which cover it up. I'll start using the outfit system again when ZOS decides to let me display my guild tag without necessarily showing the tabard.

I don't see the point of a "hide tabard" option. A drop down menu for available guild tags makes more sense. Let me select the guild tag I want to show and if I happen to be wearing a tabard, lock it to that guild while the tabard is on.

I feel like the tabard is an outdated artifact of an old version of the game. I don't think I've ever seen anyone wearing one, and I've definitely never noticed anyone's guild tag. They should probably just remove it entirely.

A lot of players still run with it. And a lot of don’t because it looks ugly [snip]

I wish we had a guild option in a drop down menu on the character menu instead, similar to titles and outfits. The tabards are cute, but don't really work with newer motifs and I only see people using them for the tag and normally when they wear a costume.

2 years later.. still nothing. I lowkey regret that i found the forums. The amount of good ideas that are just being ignored is straight disappointing. Really wanted to have a guild name under my name though. Maybe the person that will revive this topic in a couple of years will have better luck

I can only think of good results and happy feelings from people if this became an option. I mean I would use the outfit station more! I'd buy more motifs. Etc.

Just like I also wish that the wedding ring has its own slot. People would get married more! And you could keep the benefit without losing a 5-pc.

How is this not a thing after all these years?
I want to create my own outfits, and not feel forced to wear a costume just to represent my guild.

People want to show guild affiliation, but NOT to show tabard because they are ugly and ruins carefull made outfit.
This is a recurrent request but seems ZoS don't care, instead they spent their time doing the "emperor scaling", a thing no one care about.
Sometime I wonder why they are making this kind of decisions ....
