City Houses (Inn rooms) crashing constantly

PS5 NA Performance Mode. 9/10 times when porting from or trying to exit a player house in a city, aka an inn room (ie: Saint Delyn Penthouse, Sugar Bowl Suite, Pilgrim's Rest, etc) the game crashes.

✭Yeah, usually when it happens, once I restart the app and try again it works. But if I spend any amount of time playing the game, go to an inn-house, and then try to fast travel or exit via the door, it almost always crashes.
