Why can't we buy/sell/trade lancers?

There is nothing to indicate that lancers are bound in any way. Why can't we buy/sell/trade them like we can other antiquities we dig up like motifs?

I can't even deposit them into the guild bank so other guild mates can use them.

    Same reason you can't buy, sell, or trade other antiquities like furniture. We used to be able to on the PTS, but ZOS decided to make the whole thing a closed system.

    And you find them by digging them up? I have done a lot of scyring and digging and never saw one.

    Why I said furniture. ZOS didn't want that market existing and thus made it so it'd never see the light of day. You want the furniture and siege? Buy Greymoor.
